1. What TidePerp is
TidePerp is a read-only intelligence terminal and API for perpetual markets on HyperCore and Elysium. It observes public market data and chain telemetry, normalises it, and presents metrics, estimates and signals with their provenance. It never holds funds, never places orders and never connects to a wallet.
2. No advice, no recommendation
Nothing on TidePerp is investment, trading, legal or tax advice. Execution figures are hypothetical estimates computed from a visible order-book snapshot under stated assumptions. Signals are descriptive outputs of versioned detectors. Rankings use comparable metrics only and disclose their assumptions. You alone decide what to do with the information.
3. Data accuracy and availability
TidePerp reports what it observed, when it observed it, and how fresh it is. Sources can be delayed, incomplete or wrong; the platform labels such states (DELAYED, STALE, MISSING, UNAVAILABLE, INVALID) rather than hiding them, and may be unavailable itself. The service is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or uptime. The status page shows current health.
4. Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for your account credentials and API keys. Keys are shown once at creation and stored hashed; revoke any key you suspect is exposed. Rate limits apply per plan and are enforced per key, per session or per address; do not attempt to circumvent them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, to access other users’ data, to scrape beyond the documented API and its limits, or to present TidePerp output as official data of any exchange or chain. Third-party sources keep their own terms; HyperCore and Elysium data are attributed to their operators.
6. Changes and termination
TidePerp may change features, limits or these terms; material changes are dated on this page. Accounts that breach these terms may be suspended. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TidePerp is not liable for losses arising from use of or reliance on the service, including trading decisions, data errors, delays or outages.
